I've booked a creche, what happens next?
Having confirmed your creche booking by way of the deposit, you will be contacted by our creche manager to discuss your exact requirements so that we can ensure your day proceeds with a minimum of fuss.
What areas do you cover?
Funtime Event Creche mainly covers venues in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Lincolnshire. We would, of course, consider bookings in other areas but travel charges may apply.
What type of accomodation do you require for the creche?
We require a small area at your event to be set aside for us to install our creche. This may be a side room near to the main event, or in the case of a marquee a small tent would suffice. If you are unsure if your venue would be suitable for our service, we are willing to speak to the event manager of the venue on your behalf to discuss requirements further.
What childcare ratios do you work to?
Funtime Event Creche adheres to the Ofsted guidelines of staff to child ratio which is as follows:
3 months - 2 years = 1:3
2+ years - 3 years = 1:4
3+ years - 8 years = 1:8
What if we need to extend the creche on the day?
When you make your booking, we will arrange an arrival and departure time with you. Should the need arise and circumstances allow, we will be happy to remain at the event until you no longer need us. This will, of course, be reflected in the final invoice which will be sent to you following the event.
